  1. Provide telepsychiatric services to patients in Elk Grove, Santa Ana, Rancho Cucamonga, and Diamond Bar during night shifts.
  2. Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  3. Monitor and assess patients' mental health status, including medication management, symptom severity, and response to treatment.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care for patients.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
  6. Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines regarding telemedicine and patient confidentiality.
  7. Demonstrate a strong understanding of psychiatric disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices.
  8. Display empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity towards patients from diverse backgrounds.
  9. Participate in regular supervision and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

  11. Respond promptly and appropriately to urgent or crisis situations.
  12. Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs and ensure adequate coverage.
  13. Act as an advocate for mental health awareness and destigmatization.
  14. Uphold ethical standards and professional boundaries in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
  15. Proactively identify and address potential barriers to treatment and work collaboratively to find solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid License: Candidates Must Possess A Valid License To Practice Psychiatry In The State Of California.

  • Board Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Board Certified In Psychiatry Or Be Eligible For Certification Within A Reasonable Period Of Time.

  • Experience In Telepsychiatry: Previous Experience In Providing Psychiatric Services Remotely, Particularly In A Night Shift Setting, Is Preferred.

  • Flexibility: The Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights And Weekends, Is Required For This Position.

  • Strong Clinical Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Clinical Skills And Be Able To Effectively Diagnose And Treat A Wide Range Of Mental Health Conditions.
