  1. Conduct analysis and evaluation of health information systems and programs to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Utilize data and technology to develop strategies for optimizing healthcare delivery and outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain health information systems.
  4. Monitor and analyze data trends to identify potential issues and suggest solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain data sets, databases, and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in health informatics.
  7. Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to gather and share data for program evaluation and improvement.
  9. Conduct quality assurance and testing of health information systems to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  10. Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of training programs for healthcare professionals on the use of health information systems.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and laws.
  13. Proactively identify and address data integrity and security issues within health information systems.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health information systems and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on health informatics and provide guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Health Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Data Standards, Such As Hl7, Icd-10, And Snomed-Ct

  • Proficiency In Sql, Data Visualization Tools, And Statistical Analysis Software

  • Experience With Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems And Healthcare Data Exchange Protocols
