- Monitor and analyze data trends to identify potential issues and suggest solutions.
- Develop and maintain data sets, databases, and dashboards to support decision-making processes.

- Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Participate in the development and implementation of training programs for healthcare professionals on the use of health information systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and laws.
- Proactively identify and address data integrity and security issues within health information systems.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health information systems and make recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on health informatics and provide guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Health Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting
Knowledge Of Healthcare Data Standards, Such As Hl7, Icd-10, And Snomed-Ct
Proficiency In Sql, Data Visualization Tools, And Statistical Analysis Software
Experience With Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems And Healthcare Data Exchange Protocols
