  3. Communicate effectively with health facility staff, stakeholders, and state officials to gather information, address concerns, and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the team to develop and implement plans for improving the quality and safety of health facilities.
  5. Conduct on-site visits to health facilities to ensure compliance with regulations and investigate any complaints or incidents.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, findings, and recommendations.
  7. Stay up-to-date on state and federal regulations related to health facilities and make recommendations for updates or changes as needed.
  8. Provide education and training to health facility staff on current regulations and best practices for providing quality care.
  9. Participate in meetings and conferences to share best practices and collaborate with other professionals in the healthcare industry.
  10. Serve as a resource and point of contact for health facility staff, stakeholders, and state officials regarding any questions or concerns related to health facility evaluations.
  11. Demonstrate a commitment to promoting the health and well-being of communities through the evaluation and improvement of health facilities.
  12. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of the job, including maintaining confidentiality of information.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to health facility evaluations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling potentially challenging situations with empathy and sensitivity.
  15. Meet all deadlines and goals set by the state and maintain a high level of productivity in completing evaluations and other assigned tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of California.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Healthcare Facility Evaluation, Quality Improvement, Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Healthcare Facilities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Stakeholders And Provide Effective Education And Training.
