- Represent the State of California in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the front-line team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to front-line staff.
- Handle any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Or Supervisory Role.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Pertaining To The Specific Department Or Program.
