
Field Office Manager

- Oversee the daily operations of the regional office and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor and track office budget, expenses, and resources to ensure proper utilization and adherence to state guidelines.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Act as a liaison between the regional office and other state agencies, as well as the public, to address and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff to promote professional development.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and guidelines related to the operations of the regional office.
- Collaborate with other state agencies and departments to coordinate and implement programs and initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on office activities, including budget, performance, and recommendations for improvement.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in state policies and procedures and communicate them effectively to staff.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, diversity, and mutual respect.
- Lead by example and uphold the values and mission of the State of California in all interactions with staff and the public.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Office Management, Preferably In A Government Setting.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations And Laws Related To Office Operations.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team Effectively.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
