You will work closely with a team of talented IT professionals to develop scalable and secure solutions that meet the needs of our diverse user base.To excel in this role, you must possess a strong background in network and cloud architecture, as well as a deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging technologies. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.   1. Design and implement enterprise-level network and cloud architectures that support the state's critical services and applications.
  2. Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to develop scalable and secure solutions that meet the needs of a diverse user base.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our network and cloud infrastructure.
  4. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  5. Lead the planning and implementation of new network and cloud projects, including gathering requirements, creating project plans, and managing resources.
  6. Monitor and maintain the health and performance of network and cloud systems, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation and diagrams to accurately represent the network and cloud architecture.
  8. Work with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure the best possible solutions for the state.
  9. Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary security measures to protect the network and cloud infrastructure.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in network and cloud architecture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Large-Scale Enterprise Networks And Cloud Solutions.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Ccna, Ccnp, Aws Certified Solutions Architect, Or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert.

  • Knowledge Of Network Security Principles And Protocols, Including Firewalls, Ids/Ips, Vpn, And Authentication Methods.

  • Understanding Of State Government Policies And Procedures Related To Network And Cloud Infrastructure, As Well As Experience Working In A Government Environment.
