  1. Conducting psychological assessments of employees and providing recommendations for improvement.
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee well-being.
  3. Collaborating with management and HR to address and resolve workplace conflicts and issues.
  4. Providing individual counseling and coaching to employees to address personal and professional challenges.
  5. Conducting group therapy sessions and workshops to address common workplace issues and promote overall mental health and well-being.
  6. Staying up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of psychology to inform decision making and interventions.
  7. Developing and delivering training programs for employees and managers on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence.
  8. Maintaining accurate and confidential records of employee interactions and progress.
  9. Communicating effectively with all levels of employees and management to build trust and promote a positive working relationship.
  10. Contributing to the development and implementation of organization-wide policies and programs related to mental health and well-being.
  11. Collaborating with other professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive support to employees.
  12. Participating in team meetings and providing insights and recommendations to improve the overall work environment and employee satisfaction.
  13. Representing the organization at conferences and events to showcase the work being done to support employee well-being.
  14. Adhering to ethical and professional standards while providing services to employees.
  15. Continuously evaluating and improving the effectiveness of services and programs offered to employees.

Job Qualifications
  • A Doctoral Degree In Psychology From An Accredited University, With A Focus On Counseling Or Clinical Psychology.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Providing Psychological Services, Including Assessment, Diagnosis, And Treatment.

  • A Valid License To Practice Psychology In The State Of California, With No History Of Disciplinary Action.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Relevant State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Ethical Standards Related To The Practice Of Psychology.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Colleagues, And Other Professionals In A Diverse And Multicultural Environment.
