  1. Conduct assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of individuals in our care to determine their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  2. Provide therapy: Provide individual and group therapy to individuals in our care, utilizing evidence-based techniques and interventions to promote positive outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team: Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and psychologists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure coordinated care.
  4. Advocate for clients: Serve as an advocate for clients, ensuring their rights are protected and their needs are being met.
  5. Conduct crisis interventions: Respond to and manage crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention as needed.
  6. Coordinate services: Coordinate with community resources and agencies to ensure clients have access to necessary services and support upon discharge.
  7. Document and maintain records: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  8. Stay current on best practices: Stay up-to-date on current research, best practices, and evidence-based interventions in the field of social work to provide the highest quality of care to clients.
  9. Provide education and resources: Educate clients and their families on resources and services available to them and provide support in accessing those resources.
  10. Adhere to ethical standards: Maintain ethical and professional standards in all aspects of job duties, including maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines set by the National Association of Social Workers.
  11. Attend trainings and meetings: Participate in trainings, meetings, and other professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of social work.
  12. Embrace diversity and cultural competence: Work with a diverse population and demonstrate cultural competence in all aspects of job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Social Work From An Accredited Program.

  • Current Licensure As A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) In The State Of California.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Correctional Facility.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Mental Health And Substance Abuse Disorders, As Well As The Ability To Provide Crisis Intervention And Counseling Services.

  • Familiarity With State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Patient Confidentiality And Privacy, And Experience Maintaining Accurate And Thorough Documentation Of Client Interactions.
