  1. Lead and oversee the development and implementation of the State of California's chatbot product.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  3. Conduct market and user research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to continuously improve the chatbot's performance and user experience.
  5. Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to design and deliver innovative solutions.
  6. Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of updates and enhancements.
  7. Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of the chatbot.
  8. Monitor industry trends and stay updated on the latest advancements in conversational AI technology.
  9. Act as a liaison between the technical team and the end-users, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and citizens, to gather feedback and improve the chatbot's functionality.
  11. Train and educate team members and end-users on the capabilities and usage of the chatbot.
  12. Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Chatbot Technology: Candidates For A Chatbot Product Owner Job At State Of California Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Chatbot Technology And Its Capabilities. This Includes Experience With Chatbot Platforms, Natural Language Processing, And Artificial Intelligence.
