  11. Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to ensure comprehensive and effective services for clients.
  12. Prioritize and manage a caseload to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
  13. Document all case reviews and actions taken accurately and thoroughly.
  14. Display a positive and professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.
  15. Promote the well-being and safety of the community through effective case management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Social Work, Criminal Justice, Or Public Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Case Management Or Review, Preferably In A Government Setting.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Child Welfare, Foster Care, And/Or Juvenile Justice.

  • Excellent Written And Oral Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Write Clear And Concise Reports And Communicate Effectively With A Diverse Range Of Individuals.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Review And Evaluate Complex Case Information And Make Sound Decisions Based On Established Criteria.
