High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Caltrans Equipment Operator Ii Must Have At Least A High School Diploma Or Its Equivalent To Demonstrate Basic Educational Qualifications.
Valid Commercial Driver's License (Cdl): A Cdl Is A Must For A Caltrans Equipment Operator Ii Job As It Is Required To Operate Heavy-Duty Equipment And Vehicles On The Job.
Previous Experience In Equipment Operation: Candidates Must Have At Least Two Years Of Experience In Operating Heavy Equipment Such As Bulldozers, Excavators, And Dump Trucks, Preferably In A Construction Or Maintenance Setting.
Knowledge Of Safety Procedures And Regulations: A Caltrans Equipment Operator Ii Must Have Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Regulations Related To The Operation Of Heavy Equipment, As Well As Proper Maintenance And Storage Procedures.
