- Maintain accurate records and documentation of field observations, test results, and other data.

- Monitor and report on changes in agricultural trends and practices, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Operate and maintain field equipment, such as tractors, sprayers, and irrigation systems.
- Assist with the identification and control of pests and diseases in crops and livestock.
- Educate and train farmers and producers on best practices for soil and water conservation, nutrient management, and other environmental concerns.
- Participate in workshops, conferences, and other events to stay current on developments in the agricultural industry.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in the field and laboratory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of hazardous materials and waste.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including farmers, producers, and other government agencies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Agriculture, Horticulture, Or A Related Field.
Experience With Data Collection, Analysis, And Reporting.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Agricultural Research Or Fieldwork.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Agriculture And Pesticides.
Ability To Operate And Maintain Various Farm Equipment And Tools.
