  11. Respond to and investigate complaints or concerns related to agricultural activities.
  12. Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including farmers, government officials, and the general public.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while conducting field visits and inspections.
  14. Stay current on state and federal laws and regulations related to agriculture and ensure compliance.
  15. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving agricultural practices and processes.
