  1. Support various agricultural programs and initiatives through research, data collection, and analysis.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to agriculture.
  3. Communicate with farmers, ranchers, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide guidance on agricultural practices.
  4. Collaborate with team members to coordinate and execute events, workshops, and other outreach initiatives.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of program activities and data.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current industry trends and regulations, and provide recommendations for improvements or changes.
  7. Conduct field visits and inspections to monitor compliance with agricultural regulations.
  8. Participate in meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge and skills related to agriculture.
  9. Provide support to the department's leadership team as needed.
  10. Serve as a liaison between the department and external agencies or organizations.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
