
Accounts Receivable and Travel Manager

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our accounts receivable process and manage travel arrangements for our employees. - Oversee all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payments and refunds.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding any outstanding balances or issues with payments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the accounts receivable process and reduce outstanding balances.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for employees, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Monitor and track employee travel expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with vendors and travel agencies to negotiate the best rates and deals for company travel.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all travel arrangements and expenses.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and address any issues or concerns related to travel.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile travel expenses and ensure timely reimbursement for employees.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in travel policies to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are within budget and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Train and mentor new team members on the accounts receivable and travel management processes.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Accounts Receivable And/Or Travel Management.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Accounts Receivable And Travel.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Various Stakeholders Including Vendors, Employees, And Government Officials.
