- Mentor and train junior staff members to promote professional development and knowledge sharing within the transportation team.
A Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Transportation Engineering, Preferably In A Government Agency Setting.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Transportation Laws, Regulations, And Standards.
Proficiency In Transportation Engineering Software, Such As Autocad, Microstation, And Gis.
Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Engineers, Stakeholders, And The Public.
