- Identify top talent: The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for actively sourcing and identifying top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Engage with candidates: This role requires building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to effectively communicate the benefits of working for the State of Arizona and to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates for their teams.
- Conduct interviews: This role will conduct phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the position and the state government environment.
- Manage the hiring process: The Talent Acquisition Partner will guide candidates through the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, collecting necessary documents, and providing updates on their application status.
- Utilize data and analytics: The Talent Acquisition Partner will use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
- Stay updated on hiring trends: This role requires staying informed about the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition, specifically within the public sector, and implementing them in the recruitment process.
- Represent the state government: As a representative of the State of Arizona, the Talent Acquisition Partner will maintain a positive and professional image and effectively promote the state government as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with the team: The Talent Acquisition Partner will work collaboratively with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team to share knowledge, resources, and ideas to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Uphold diversity and inclusion: This role requires actively promoting diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process and ensuring all candidates are treated with fairness and respect.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Or Hr.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Recruitment Software.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
