- Manage and maintain the state's network and computer systems to ensure their smooth and efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the network or computer systems.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components of the network and computer systems.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect the network and systems from cyber threats.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new network and system solutions.
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for system improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on the use and functionality of the network and computer systems.
- Adhere to all state policies, procedures, and regulations related to network and system administration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the network and system configurations and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide status updates and address any concerns or issues.
- Attend meetings and trainings to stay informed about changes and updates in the network and system environment.
- Continuously assess and improve system performance and efficiency through regular monitoring and analysis.
- Foster a positive working relationship with team members and other departments to ensure seamless system operation and user satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Systems Or Lan Administration.
Strong Knowledge Of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, And Network Infrastructure.
Experience With Virtualization Technologies Such As Vmware Or Hyper-V.
Excellent Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Quickly Resolve Technical Issues.
