  1. Provide direct social work services to vulnerable individuals and families in accordance with state regulations and policies.
  2. Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive care plans for clients based on their unique needs.
  3. Collaborate with community resources and agencies to ensure clients have access to necessary support and services.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  5. Advocate for clients' rights and needs, including attending court hearings and meetings with other professionals.
  6. Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to address clients' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  7. Support and mentor junior social workers in their professional development.
  8. Stay informed about current social work trends, policies, and best practices.
  9. Work with diverse populations, including those from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
  10. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  11. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and develop collaborative strategies.
  12. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work.
  13. Identify and report any potential risks or safety concerns for clients.
  14. Assist in the development and implementation of programs and initiatives to promote the well-being and self-sufficiency of all Arizonans.
  15. Continuously evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of services and make necessary adjustments to ensure the highest quality of care for clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Social Work From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Social Work, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Senior Role.

  • Current Licensure As A Licensed Master Social Worker (Lmsw) Or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) In The State Of Arizona.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Social Work And Human Services.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Populations, Team Members, And Community Organizations.
