- Provide technical expertise and support to internal staff to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Document and track all incoming requests and issues in the service desk system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues.
- Assist in managing and maintaining hardware and software inventory.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with users regarding the status of their requests.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to IT systems and applications.
- Train and mentor junior service desk analysts.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to continuously improve service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and data privacy.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving IT processes and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support as needed.
- Continuously strive for excellence in service delivery and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Service Desk Or Technical Support Role.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience In Supporting Various Hardware, Software, And Network Systems.
Proven Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
