  1. Provide technical expertise and support to internal staff to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  4. Document and track all incoming requests and issues in the service desk system.
  5. Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues.
  6. Assist in managing and maintaining hardware and software inventory.
  7. Ensure timely and effective communication with users regarding the status of their requests.
  8. Conduct regular maintenance and updates to IT systems and applications.
  9. Train and mentor junior service desk analysts.
  10. Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to continuously improve service delivery.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and data privacy.
  13. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving IT processes and procedures.
  14. Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support as needed.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence in service delivery and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Service Desk Or Technical Support Role.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience In Supporting Various Hardware, Software, And Network Systems.

  • Proven Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
