  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases, utilizing various resources such as databases, documents, and interviews.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing evidence, exhibits, and other materials.
  • Coordinate with other departments and agencies, such as law enforcement and government officials, to gather information and collaborate on cases.
  • Conduct factual investigations and analysis to support legal arguments and strategies.
  • Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects and cases.
  • Train and mentor junior paralegals and legal assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Keep abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact legal cases and procedures.
  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Paralegal, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Or Supervisory Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Arizona State Laws And Legal Procedures.

  • Strong Research And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Independently Interpret And Apply Laws, Regulations, And Policies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Attorneys, Clients, And Other Legal Professionals.
