  1. Conduct thorough investigations of suspected securities fraud activities to gather evidence and build strong cases against perpetrators.
  2. Collaborate with other government agencies, including law enforcement and regulatory bodies, to share information and coordinate efforts in combating financial crimes.
  3. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to securities fraud to effectively identify and prosecute violations.
  4. Conduct interviews and gather statements from witnesses, victims, and suspects to gather relevant information and evidence.
  5. Analyze financial documents and records to identify patterns and discrepancies that may indicate fraudulent activities.
  6. Prepare and submit reports and evidence for court proceedings and testify as a witness when necessary.
  7. Utilize various investigative techniques, such as surveillance and undercover operations, to gather information and evidence.
  8. Communicate with victims of securities fraud to provide support and updates on the investigation process.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of all investigations and case files.
  10. Work closely with attorneys and prosecutors to assist in the successful prosecution of securities fraud cases.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Experience In Securities Law And Regulations, Preferably In A Regulatory Or Enforcement Role
