Bachelor's Degree In Recreational Therapy Or Related Field.
Certification From The National Council For Therapeutic Recreation Certification (Nctrc).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Recreational Therapist In A Healthcare Or Rehabilitation Setting.
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices In Recreational Therapy And Ability To Develop Individualized Treatment Plans.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Population And Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team.
