- Develop, implement, and evaluate public health programs and policies to improve the health and well-being of communities.

- Conduct research and analyze data to inform decision making and program development.

- Stay up-to-date on current trends, research, and best practices in public health nursing.
- Represent the state in meetings, conferences, and other events related to public health.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of program activities and outcomes.
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines pertaining to public health nursing.
- Collaborate with other state agencies, organizations, and stakeholders to promote a coordinated approach to public health.
- Serve as a resource and consultant to healthcare providers, community organizations, and the public on public health issues.
- Continuously evaluate and improve public health programs to ensure they are meeting the needs of the community.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing Or Public Health With A Focus On Community Health Or Population-Based Nursing.
Active And Current Nursing License From The State Of Arizona.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Public Health Nursing, With A Focus On Program Development, Implementation, And Evaluation.
Knowledge And Understanding Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Guidelines Related To Public Health Nursing.
Experience In Providing Consultation, Guidance, And Training To Healthcare Providers, Community Organizations, And The General Public On Public Health Issues And Initiatives.
