- Stay current on all licensing regulations and policies to accurately interpret and enforce requirements.

- Provide guidance and training to new licensing surveyors to ensure consistency and accuracy in inspections.
- Serve as a resource for stakeholders and the public regarding licensing regulations and requirements.
- Participate in meetings and committees to provide input and suggestions for improving licensing processes and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with facility owners, operators, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the State of Arizona in a positive manner and promote the importance of compliance with licensing regulations.
- Continuously assess and improve the licensing process to ensure the safety and well-being of the community.
- Adhere to ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the licensing department.
Bachelor's Degree In Surveying, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Professional Surveyor License In The State Of Arizona.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Surveying And Land Use Regulations.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Land Surveying And Licensing.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Interacting With Clients, Government Officials, And Other Stakeholders.
