  1. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, in accordance with attorney instructions and deadlines.
  2. Organize and maintain case files, including electronic and physical files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and filed.
  3. Manage attorney calendars, scheduling meetings, hearings, and other appointments.
  4. Answer phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages to the appropriate party.
  5. Prepare and review correspondence, including letters, emails, and memos, for accuracy and completeness.
  6. Conduct legal research and compile information to assist attorneys in case preparation.
  7. Coordinate with other departments and agencies to obtain necessary information and documents for cases.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
  9. Proofread and edit legal documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
  10. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  11. Attend court hearings and trials with attorneys, taking notes and providing support as needed.
  12. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
  13. Stay current with changes in legal procedures, terminology, and laws.
  14. Collaborate with other legal secretaries and administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys or office management.

Job Qualifications
