  • Research and identify potential grant opportunities that align with the state's initiatives and projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with grant funding agencies and organizations
  • Coordinate and lead the grant application process, ensuring all necessary documents and information are submitted accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to develop project proposals and budgets that align with grant requirements
  • Monitor and track the progress of active grants, ensuring all reporting and compliance requirements are met
  • Communicate regularly with grant funders to provide updates on project progress and address any questions or concerns
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all grant-related information, including applications, reports, and budgets
  • Conduct regular research and analysis to identify potential funding sources and trends in grant funding
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in grant regulations to ensure compliance and maximize funding opportunities
  • Support the development and implementation of project plans and timelines, working closely with project managers and team members
  • Represent the state and its initiatives at grant-related events, conferences, and meetings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Managing Grant Projects, Preferably In A Government Or Nonprofit Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Grant Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Deadlines.
