Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize geospatial data for various state agencies and departments.

- Develop and maintain GIS databases, maps, and applications.

- Develop and implement GIS standards, policies, and procedures.

- Provide guidance and support to junior GIS staff.
- Continuously evaluate and improve GIS processes and workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive GIS data.
- Promote the use of GIS technology to improve operational efficiency and decision-making within the state government.
Bachelor's Degree In Geographic Information Systems, Geography, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience Working With Gis Software And Data, Preferably In A Government Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Gis Principles, Techniques, And Tools Such As Arcgis, Qgis, And Geodatabases.
Experience With Data Analysis, Spatial Analysis, And Data Visualization Using Gis.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
