- Provide administrative support to executive leadership team, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Serve as a point of contact for all inquiries and requests for executive leadership, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate and assist with special projects and events as needed.
- Conduct research and gather information for executive leadership as requested.
- Collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
- Uphold a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Attend meetings and take minutes as needed.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to public service and represent the State of Arizona in a positive and professional manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Or Executive Assistant Role.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Interact With High-Level Executives And Government Officials.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Office Software Programs.
