We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our Director's Office. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our Director and play a crucial role in the success of our agency. As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Director's Office and providing support to our Director. This role requires a proactive, organized, and adaptable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   1. Manage the daily operations of the Director's Office, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files and documents.
  2. Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  3. Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, employees, and members of the public.
  4. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and issues.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for the Director's Office, screening and directing phone calls, emails, and visitors.
  6. Coordinate and prioritize the Director's schedule and appointments, ensuring all deadlines and commitments are met.
  7. Conduct research and gather information to assist the Director in making informed decisions.
  8. Plan and organize events and meetings, including logistics, catering, and materials.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and staff to facilitate communication and ensure efficient operations.
  10. Monitor and manage the Director's budget and expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agency policies.
  11. Stay up-to-date on agency initiatives and projects to accurately represent the Director and provide necessary support.
  12. Act as a liaison between the Director and other agency executives, government officials, and community leaders.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve office procedures and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Handle any other duties or projects assigned by the Director to support the overall goals and objectives of the agency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Communication, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Government Or Corporate Setting.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With High-Level Executives.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, With The Ability To Learn New Systems And Tools Quickly.
