In this role, you will play a crucial role in enrolling eligible individuals in the Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program, which provides financial assistance for students with special needs to attend private schools.   1. Enroll Eligible Individuals: The primary responsibility of the ESA Enrollment Specialist is to enroll eligible individuals in the Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program. This includes reviewing applications, verifying eligibility, and completing all necessary paperwork.
  2. Provide Customer Service: The ESA Enrollment Specialist will serve as the main point of contact for individuals interested in the ESA program. They will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Enrollment Or Eligibility Determination For Government Assistance Programs.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Esa Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Diverse Populations.
