  1. Conduct research and analysis on potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities to the state's digital infrastructure.
  2. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security protocols and procedures.
  3. Identify and report any security breaches or incidents to the appropriate team members.
  4. Collaborate with experienced professionals to learn and gain hands-on experience in the field of cyber security.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security trends, techniques, and technologies.
  6. Participate in training and development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in cyber security.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect sensitive information.
  8. Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to potential threats.
  9. Support the development and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure security protocols are integrated into all systems and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Fundamental Cybersecurity Principles, Including Risk Assessment, Threat Analysis, And Incident Response.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards: A Qualified Candidate Should Be Familiar With Industry Standards And Best Practices For Information Security, Such As Nist Cybersecurity Framework And Iso 27001.

  • Technical Skills: The Intern Should Possess Technical Skills In Areas Such As Network Security, Vulnerability Assessment, And Security Tools And Technologies.
