  1. Review and analyze contracts and policies to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and policies.
  2. Conduct thorough and accurate research on complex legal and policy issues related to contracts and policies.
  3. Identify potential risks and areas for improvement in contracts and policies, and make recommendations for necessary changes.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and ensure consistency and accuracy in contract and policy analysis.
  5. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on contract and policy analysis findings and recommendations for senior management and other stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and track contract and policy changes, updates, and amendments to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
  7. Communicate and liaise with external parties, such as vendors and contractors, to negotiate and clarify contract terms and conditions.
  8. Stay current on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices related to contract and policy analysis.
  9. Conduct training and provide guidance to department staff on contract and policy analysis procedures and standards.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to improve contract and policy analysis processes and efficiency.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of contract and policy analysis activities and outcomes.
  12. Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive and confidential information related to contracts and policies.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve contract and policy analysis methods and strategies to ensure high-quality and accurate analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Contract And Policy Analysis.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations And Laws Related To Contracting And Policy Development.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills.
