- Review and analyze contracts and policies to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and policies.
- Conduct thorough and accurate research on complex legal and policy issues related to contracts and policies.
- Identify potential risks and areas for improvement in contracts and policies, and make recommendations for necessary changes.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and ensure consistency and accuracy in contract and policy analysis.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on contract and policy analysis findings and recommendations for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and track contract and policy changes, updates, and amendments to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
- Communicate and liaise with external parties, such as vendors and contractors, to negotiate and clarify contract terms and conditions.
- Stay current on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices related to contract and policy analysis.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to department staff on contract and policy analysis procedures and standards.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to improve contract and policy analysis processes and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of contract and policy analysis activities and outcomes.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive and confidential information related to contracts and policies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve contract and policy analysis methods and strategies to ensure high-quality and accurate analysis.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Contract And Policy Analysis.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations And Laws Related To Contracting And Policy Development.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills.
