  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with department heads and agency leaders to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential compliance issues and develop effective solutions
  • Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance issues and expectations
  • Investigate and resolve reported compliance violations or concerns
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of compliance activities and reports
  • Communicate with external agencies and stakeholders regarding compliance matters
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders on compliance activities and findings
  • Stay current on industry best practices and trends related to compliance
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding compliance questions and concerns
  • Uphold a high standard of ethics and integrity in all compliance-related activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Law, Business, Or Public Administration.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Compliance-Related Role, Preferably In A Government Or Regulatory Agency Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To The Specific Industry Or Sector Being Regulated.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Compliance Risks.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Compliance And Ethics Professional (Ccep) Or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (Crcm) Are Preferred, But Not Required.
