  1. Supervise a team of case managers and provide guidance and support to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  2. Oversee the onboarding process for various state programs and ensure compliance with state regulations and policies.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall client experience.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of case managers, providing feedback and coaching as needed to ensure high-quality services are being provided.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and agencies to coordinate services and resources for clients.
  6. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  8. Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process, utilizing problem-solving skills to find solutions.
  9. Stay informed and up-to-date on state policies and regulations related to social services and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
  10. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to case management and leadership.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  12. Serve as a role model for ethical and compassionate behavior, promoting the mission and values of the State of Arizona.
  13. Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress, address any concerns or challenges, and provide support and guidance.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of community resources and refer clients to appropriate services as needed.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and actively seek ways to enhance the onboarding process and overall client experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Social Services And Case Management.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As A Case Manager Or Supervisor In A Social Services Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.

  • Familiarity With Electronic Case Management Systems And Ability To Train And Supervise Staff On Their Use.
