  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business intelligence strategy for the State of Arizona.
  2. Lead and manage a team of analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights to stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  4. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance data capabilities and access to relevant data sources.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence tools and techniques.
  9. Train and educate team members and stakeholders on best practices for utilizing data and business intelligence tools.
  10. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  11. Support the organization's strategic initiatives with data-driven insights and recommendations.
  12. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  13. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Intelligence Or Data Analytics, Preferably In A Government Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, And Etl Processes.

  • Proficiency In Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Insights To Senior Management.
