  1. Conduct thorough analysis of current and proposed budgets to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to gather budget data and determine funding needs.
  3. Develop and maintain budget monitoring systems to track expenditures, revenues, and variances.
  4. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate budget status and recommendations to management.
  5. Identify and communicate potential budget risks and provide proactive solutions.
  6. Keep up-to-date with state and federal budget regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of budget policies and procedures.
  8. Support the budget planning process by providing accurate and timely financial information.
  9. Conduct financial forecasting and modeling to aid in long-term budget planning.
  10. Work closely with other departments to ensure budget alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  11. Provide training and guidance to staff on budget processes and procedures.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized budget records and documentation.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve budget processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Collaborate with external auditors to prepare for and assist with budget audits.
  15. Represent the organization in a professional manner and maintain strict confidentiality of financial information.

Job Qualifications
