- Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health issues.
- Supervise and mentor fellow behavioral health technicians.
- Promote wellness and recovery among clients.

Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Behavioral Health Setting.
Certification As A Behavioral Health Technician (Bht) Or Equivalent.
Experience In Supervising And Training Other Bhts.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Behavioral Health Services.
