  1. Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health issues.
  2. Supervise and mentor fellow behavioral health technicians.
  3. Promote wellness and recovery among clients.
  4. Serve as a leader and role model for the team.
  5. Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the behavioral health team to develop treatment plans.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

  10. Provide guidance and support to team members in difficult situations.
  11. Participate in team meetings and trainings.

  13. Maintain a professional and compassionate attitude towards clients and colleagues.
  14. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

  18. Handle any crisis situations in a calm and efficient manner.
  19. Collaborate with community resources to ensure clients receive appropriate and timely care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Behavioral Health Setting.

  • Certification As A Behavioral Health Technician (Bht) Or Equivalent.

  • Experience In Supervising And Training Other Bhts.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Behavioral Health Services.
