  1. Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify talent trends and best practices in the industry.
  3. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR business partners, hiring managers, and external vendors, to support talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts.
  4. Utilize data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Develop and maintain talent management systems, processes, and tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Provide support for employee engagement and career development initiatives.
  7. Conduct talent assessments and assist in succession planning efforts.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management to continuously improve and innovate our processes.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on talent management and provide guidance and support to HR business partners and other team members.
  10. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support talent management efforts.
  11. Participate in projects and initiatives related to talent management and contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for State Farm and promote our company culture and values in all talent management activities.
  13. Provide training and support to employees and managers on talent management processes and systems.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to talent management.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve our talent management processes to ensure they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Talent Management Or Human Resources, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Talent Management Principles And Strategies, Including Recruitment, Performance Management, And Succession Planning.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, Including Proficiency In Excel And Hris Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Leadership.
