- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Utilize a variety of research methodologies, such as surveys, focus groups, and user testing, to gather insights and feedback from customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric strategies and solutions.

- Lead and mentor other team members to enhance their research skills and knowledge.
- Act as a subject matter expert on customer experience research and provide guidance and support to other teams and departments.
- Work with external partners and vendors to execute research initiatives and projects.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, showcasing our commitment to customer experience research.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and innovation in research methodologies to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of all customer data and insights.
- Collaborate with product and service teams to ensure that customer feedback and insights are incorporated into product and service development.
Extensive Experience In User Research: A Senior Experience Researcher At State Farm Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Conducting User Research, Usability Testing, And Other Qualitative And Quantitative Research Methods.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Interpret Complex Data Sets To Identify Patterns And Insights That Will Inform Product And Service Improvements.
Knowledge Of Human-Centered Design: State Farm Values The Principles Of Human-Centered Design And Expects The Senior Experience Researcher To Have A Deep Understanding Of This Approach And Its Application In The Research Process.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Experience Researcher, The Ability To Communicate Research Findings Effectively And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Is Crucial To The Success Of Projects.
