- Identify areas for improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improving marketing performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Support marketing initiatives: Provide analytical support for various marketing initiatives, such as customer segmentation, campaign targeting, and ROI analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity: Maintain data quality and integrity by conducting regular audits and implementing data governance processes.
- Mentor junior team members: Share knowledge and expertise with junior team members to help develop their analytical skills and contribute to their professional growth.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Marketing Analytics, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Demonstrated Ability To Draw Insights From Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Sas, Sql, And Tableau, And Experience With Data Visualization And Reporting.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
