  1. Develop and implement training programs for agents in the Northshore region to improve their understanding of State Farm's products and services.
  2. Collaborate with agents to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
  3. Conduct regular coaching sessions with agents to provide feedback, track progress, and address any performance issues.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training and coaching methods.
  5. Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  6. Schedule and facilitate training sessions and workshops for agents in the Northshore region.
  7. Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents to ensure effective implementation of State Farm's strategies and processes.
  8. Act as a liaison between agents and State Farm headquarters to communicate updates, changes, and new initiatives.
  9. Monitor and analyze agent performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training plans.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and a culture of continuous learning.
  11. Represent State Farm in a professional manner and uphold the company's core values and mission.
  12. Stay updated on the latest insurance and financial industry regulations and ensure agents are compliant with all laws and regulations.
  13. Provide timely and accurate reports to management on agent performance and training progress.
  14. Act as a mentor and role model for agents, demonstrating a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Insurance Industry: A Field Implementation Coach At State Farm Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Insurance Industry, Including Policies, Regulations, And Market Trends. This Knowledge Is Crucial In Providing Effective Coaching And Support To Agents In The Northshore Region.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Field Implementation Coach Involves Working Closely With Agents And Other Team Members, Requiring Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills. The Coach Must Be Able To Effectively Convey Information And Build Relationships With Agents To Drive Their Success.

  • Proven Coaching And Training Experience: State Farm Requires Candidates For This Role To Have Previous Experience In Coaching And Training, Preferably In The Insurance Industry. This Includes Developing Training Materials, Conducting Workshops And Seminars, And Providing One-On-One Coaching To Agents.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Abilities: As A Field Implementation Coach, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Agents In The Northshore Region. Therefore, State Farm Looks For Candidates With Strong Leadership And Management Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Others.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: The Insurance Industry Is Constantly Evolving, And State Farm Expects Its Field Implementation Coaches To Be Adaptable And Open To Change. This Includes Being Able To Quickly Adjust To New Policies, Technologies, And Market Trends, And Effectively Support Agents In Implementing These Changes In Their Practices.
