- Lead and manage a team of adjusters to handle auto property claims efficiently and accurately.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Handle complex and escalated claims to ensure timely resolution.

- Participate in recruiting and hiring processes to build a strong and diverse team.
- Manage team budget and resources effectively to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and other industry events.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Property Claims Management, Preferably In The Auto Insurance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Auto Property Claims Processes, Procedures, And Regulations.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Performance Goals And Metrics.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Insurance, Or A Related Field. Professional Certifications Such As Cpcu Or Aic Are A Plus.
