We’re looking for an experienced, motivated and organized Claim Team Manager to join State Farm’s growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to provide a positive customer experience and contribute to State Farm’s mission of helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, excellent communication and problem solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of the insurance industry and the changing landscape. We are looking for someone who has experience leading, motivating and coaching a team of individuals. A commitment to customer service, a passion for excellence, and a dedication to collaboration will all be essential qualities for this role. The ideal Claim Team Manager will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the insurance field, a minimum of five years of experience in the insurance industry, and experience managing a team. If you possess these qualifications and have a desire to make a difference in the lives of our customers, we want to hear from you!
