  1. Conduct thorough property field inspections to assess damage and determine coverage for claims.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients, agents, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Review and analyze property insurance policies to accurately determine coverage for each claim.
  4. Negotiate and settle claims within approved authority limits while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and legal, to gather necessary information and make informed decisions on claims.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed claim records and documentation.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in property insurance policies and regulations.
  8. Identify and investigate potential fraudulent claims.
  9. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  10. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling challenging customer interactions.
  12. Continuously strive to improve and streamline claim processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  13. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the handling of claims.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Property Claims: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Handling Property Claims, Preferably In A Field Inspection Role.

  • Knowledge Of Property Insurance Policies: A Thorough Understanding Of Property Insurance Policies, Coverage Limits, And Exclusions Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Types Of Property Damage, Such As Fire, Water, And Weather-Related.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Claim Specialist, Effective Communication Is Crucial In Dealing With Policyholders, Contractors, And Other Stakeholders. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Attention To Detail: Property Field Inspections Require A Keen Eye For Detail To Accurately Assess Damage And Determine Coverage. The Candidate Should Be Able To Document And Report Findings Accurately.
