Conduct on-site property inspections and accurately assess damages in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Knowledge Of Property Insurance Policies And Procedures: A Qualified Claim Specialist Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of State Farm's Property Insurance Policies And Procedures To Accurately Assess And Handle Property Damage Claims.
Strong Analytical And Investigative Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Conduct Thorough Investigations, Analyze Evidence, And Make Informed Decisions Based On The Findings. A Qualified Candidate Should Possess Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Claim Specialist, One Must Communicate Effectively With Customers, Contractors, And Other Parties Involved In The Claim Process. This Requires Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
Experience In Property Damage Assessment And Estimation: State Farm Requires A Candidate With Experience In Conducting Property Damage Assessments And Providing Accurate Cost Estimates. This Includes Knowledge Of Construction, Repair, And Replacement Costs For Various Types Of Property Damage.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team: A Claim Specialist Must Be Able To Work Independently While Also Collaborating With Other Team Members To Handle Complex Claims. This Requires A Candidate Who Is Self-Motivated, Organized, And Able To Manage Multiple Tasks Efficiently.
