Job Description

As a Claim Specialist at State Farm, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service to our policyholders in a timely and efficient manner. You will manage a variety of claims, from basic auto claims to more complex ones, and will be the primary contact for customers, agents, and other stakeholders in the claim process. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in claims processing, customer service, and problem solving. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks. A valid driver's license and familiarity with insurance processes is preferred.If you have a knack for problem solving and have the ability to provide excellent customer service, then we want to hear from you!
