Represent State Farm and its policyholders in legal matters, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Provide legal advice and guidance to the company and its employees on a variety of legal issues.
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, policies, and correspondence.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
Prepare and present legal arguments and strategies in court.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company and its policyholders.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the company to share knowledge and best practices.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all legal matters.
Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and ensure their legal needs are met.
Participate in training, development, and mentorship opportunities within the company.

Job Qualifications

Active License To Practice Law In The State Where The Position Is Located
Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, Preferably In Insurance Defense Or Related Field
Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws, Regulations, And Court Procedures
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advocate On Behalf Of Clients
