  1. Supervise and lead the visitor services team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  2. Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for visitors.
  3. Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the Starbucks locations.
  4. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth coordination and execution of daily tasks.
  6. Create schedules and assign tasks to team members to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  7. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure that supplies and products are always available for visitors.
  8. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for visitors.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to help them reach their full potential.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive experience for visitors.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the visitor services experience.
  12. Analyze visitor feedback and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall visitor experience.
  13. Manage and maintain financial records, including cash handling and reconciliation, to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued, motivated, and empowered to deliver their best work.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
