  1. Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's mission of inspiring and nurturing the human spirit.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  4. Train, mentor, and provide ongoing support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  5. Monitor and improve store operations to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  6. Oversee inventory management and ordering to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  7. Collaborate with the district manager and other store managers to share best practices and drive overall business success.
  8. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Continuously monitor and maintain the store's cleanliness, appearance, and safety standards.
  10. Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across all stores.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees to promote growth and development.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations to improve the store's offerings and services.
  13. Utilize sales data and other metrics to make informed decisions about staffing, promotions, and other business operations.
  14. Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
  15. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication within the store.
